Project Background

A transformer manufacturer required cooling components for an oil-filled power transformer. The radiator and fan arrangement needed to match the transformer structure and the customer’s cooling-system design.

Customer Requirements

The customer provided interface dimensions, mounting positions and operating requirements for the cooling assembly. Compatibility with the transformer layout was an important consideration.

Avantar coordinated the manufacture of corrugated sheet radiator components and matching axial cooling fans based on the customer’s technical drawings.

Mounting dimensions, radiator configuration and fan installation details were reviewed before production to support integration with the transformer assembly.
