Avantar provides a comprehensive range of electrical connection, cable protection, grounding, transformer cooling, overhead-line and renewable-energy components.

The product portfolio currently covers five main categories:

Copper Busbars and Connectors - Flexible laminated copper busbars, tinned solid copper busbars, earthing copper busbars, tinned copper cable lugs, DIN rail push-in spring terminal blocks, bimetallic copper

aluminum transition lugs, aluminum cable lugs, copper tube terminals (DIN 46235), insulation piercing connectors, flexible copper braid connectors, and copper busbar links and connectors.

Cable Accessories - Cold-shrink silicone cable terminations (10 kV / 20 kV / 35 kV), waterproof armoured cable intermediate joints, trefoil cable cleats, single cable cleats, armoured cable cleats and cable glands.

Transformer Cooling Parts - Corrugated sheet radiators, axial cooling fans for transformers, and transformer oil-water heat exchanger coolers. All transformer cooling components are custom-built to match transformer rated capacity - no standard off-the-shelf units.

Grounding and Earthing - Copper-clad steel ground rods, solid copper ground rods, hot-dip galvanized ground rods, ground helical screw anchors, grounding clamps and earthing connectors, and earthing busbar insulator supports.

Overhead Line and New Energy - Composite suspension insulators (15 kV-500 kV), composite deadend insulators (up to 220 kV), solar panel mounting fasteners, and preformed armor rods and deadend grips.
The appropriate product depends on the electrical, mechanical and environmental requirements of the application. For project-based purchasing, customers can provide drawings, specifications or application information for product evaluation. 

Avantar is a direct manufacturer of electrical and power-industry components, not a trading intermediary. Our own factory handles the full production chain in-house - from raw material processing, stamping, welding and machining, through surface treatment, assembly and final quality testing.

The product portfolio includes manufacturing-intensive products such as flexible laminated copper busbars, punched and bent solid copper busbars, cable lugs, cable accessories, grounding components, transformer cooling radiators and fans, composite insulators and preformed overhead-line fittings.

For customized products, the manufacturing process is based on customer drawings or technical specifications. Depending on the product, requirements may include dimensions, material, surface treatment, hole patterns, bending configuration, cable diameter or mechanical requirements.

For B2B customers, direct technical communication is particularly important when products are customized or used in project-specific installations. Customers can therefore provide product drawings, technical specifications or application requirements before quotation so that the requested configuration can be evaluated accurately. 

Avantar products are designed for electrical and energy applications involving electrical connection, cable termination, cable support, grounding, insulation, transformer cooling and overhead-line hardware.

For example, flexible laminated copper busbars are intended for high-current connection applications where flexibility helps accommodate vibration, thermal expansion and assembly misalignment. Cable cleats provide mechanical cable support, while cable glands address cable-entry sealing and protection.

Ground rods, clamps and earthing accessories support grounding installations. Composite insulators and preformed line fittings are designed for overhead-line applications, while transformer radiators, fans and oil-water heat exchangers address transformer cooling requirements. 

Yes. Customization is available for many products in the Avantar portfolio, subject to technical evaluation.

For copper busbars, customization can include length, width, thickness, bending configuration, punching patterns, terminal design, surface treatment and insulation. Flexible laminated copper busbars support bare copper, tin-plated or silver-plated surfaces, with PVC sleeve, heat-shrink tube or Kapton tape insulation options. Width ranges from 10 mm to 120 mm.

For solid copper busbars, customers can specify dimensions, bending shapes and hole patterns. The listed tinned solid copper busbar range covers thicknesses from 3 mm to 12 mm and widths from 20 mm to 120 mm, with maximum length up to 6000 mm.

Other products can also be configured according to their specific application. Cable accessories are selected according to cable construction and dimensions, grounding products according to grounding requirements and soil conditions, and overhead-line fittings according to conductor type and size.
